About Small Repetitions
We believe in the transformative power of tiny actions, repeated daily with intention and care
Our Story
Small Repetitions began with a simple observation: the most profound transformations don't come from dramatic overnight changes, but from small actions repeated consistently over time.
In 2021, our founder Emma discovered this truth firsthand. Overwhelmed by ambitious goals and dramatic life changes that never stuck, she decided to try something different. Instead of overhauling her entire life, she committed to just one thing: drinking a glass of water every morning.
That single repeated action—so small it seemed almost pointless—became the foundation for everything that followed. A two-minute meditation. A short walk. Three sentences in a journal. Each tiny habit, practiced daily, created space for the next.
Within a year, Emma's entire life had transformed—not through force or willpower, but through the gentle, persistent power of repetition. She shared her approach with friends, colleagues, and eventually, thousands of people seeking a more sustainable path to change.
Today, Small Repetitions has helped over 10,000 people build lives of stability, ease, and authentic rhythm through our programs, resources, and community.

Start Small
We believe in the power of tiny beginnings. Every great transformation starts with an action so small it feels effortless.
Trust Repetition
Consistency over intensity. We value showing up daily, even imperfectly, over sporadic bursts of motivation.
Honor Rhythm
Life moves in natural cycles. We respect these rhythms rather than fighting against them.
Embrace Ease
Transformation doesn't require struggle. We seek the path of least resistance, where change flows naturally.
